I'm your pusher...

Just been for my first bike ride, of any considerable length, in about 10 years! Couldn't find the cycle path I was painstakingly directed to by my mum so ended up going down and up a couple of proper steep Welsh hills (steep but only about 100 metres long!) and around the lovely little town of Tir Y Berth. It was totally pissing it down and I got soaked and knackered pretty quickly. I think waterproofs will be fairly important because becoming bedraggled on top of feeling exhausted is going to be a right bummer. Does anybody want to join me for a ride on Saturday at an as yet undecided location? Maybe the cycle track Ollie was tawking abaht?
